SHARELL HENRY-WHITE is a Wife, Mother, Business owner, budding Real Estate Investor, Speaker, Teacher and Credit Educator. She is the owner and CEO of RIGHT TRACK CREDIT LIFE LLC (RTCL),  registered in TX and started in 1999. Under the Right Track umbrella she helps her clients improve their credit by building a positive credit history. She also provides her clients with the necessary tools to promote generational wealth through credit education and practical knowledge. She also teaches and educates through BUILD AN ARMY (her lecturing events company under the RTCL umbrella). Her assignment is to arm youth and adults with the foundational information necessary to build wealth and good credit. She arms you with the tools to turn your credit around and start building wealth. She believes it is vitally important to achieve, secure, and maintain great credit and great practices in order to participate, and be prepared for the transference of wealth through education and good credit stewardship.

I believe God gave me this amazing assignment to help Veterans not only become homeowners, but to create a stream of income while helping other Veterans become homeowners themselves. My father was U.S. Coast Guard; however, I’m not a United States Veteran myself. At the same time, I do serve the LORD of Armies; He is my Commander in Chief.

How We Serve Veterans

Step 1

We help Veterans purchase their own homes using their Zero Money Down VA Loan Benefits; including, two/three/four-plexes. That Veterans and their family will live in one unit.

An Asset Management Company will rent the additional units from the Veteran and pay fair market rent, for each unit, per VA Loan requirements.

Step 3

Awarded grants and your donations help us fully furnish each unit we rent from every Veteran @ a max of $25 per square foot so the future homeowner Veterans could live comfortably and productively until they transition to their own homes.

Step 4

Receiving fair market rent per additional unit is important especially if the Homeowning Veteran is dependent on fixed income; the extra income from renting the additional units to us gives the Veteran and their family more financial security.

Step 5

Once the temporary Veteran qualifies for the Zero Money Down VA Loan Benefits, we repeat the process and help that Veteran become a homeowner and the additional units we rent from the new homeowner will help other Veterans prepare for homeownership.

Step 6

After three years, the mandatory property management requirements no longer require the Veteran to hire a property manager to manage the units. That Veteran is welcome to take control of their multi-plex unit and do as they please with their cashflowing, income producing property.

Never again will one generation of veterans abandon another.
